Added 2021-07-03 03:23:56 +0000 UTCSo I realized in my head I've always thought of Teresa as a MILF but have never really shown it. I've also wanted a Gyaru style character for awhile. And I thought Rachel need an upbeat foil which was originally going to be Ashley the Crossfox, but she didn't really feel like a good fit. So killing 3 birds with on stone here's Hailey Colborn (She of course kept her father's last name when Teresa got remarried).
Also I don't know why but I've tried several times to draw Teresa and Rachel with hair but it's never looked right.
