Regarding these episodes, I remember watching in absolute horror when Moria snatched Luffy's shadow and then saw n.900! I could imagine how strong something that monstrous could be with Luffy's power and strength and my heart sank! The shadow being your "other soul" is a pretty great concept and made me think of Peter Pan, where the shadow is intended as separation from childhood and fear of growing up. Here to me it symbolises the fear Luffy has of being confined to a role he didn't choose for himself. In brief, his shadow being put in another body is a projection of Luffy if he had followed Garp's will to make him a marine. So you know he is going to fight that with all his might.

I'm sure he didn't have everything perfectly planned out yet but He knew what he was doing. Brook one of the most foreshadowed characters in one piece, so much so that he somehow arrived before his shadow. What a Ingenious way of using Halloween themed ark. Can't wait to hear your Predictions on brooks promise it's 100% possible to get it right good luck.
