The issue they have is they have very limited selection on who to pick to do English voice over. The Lady that does Luffy's voice, does tons of other voices in other dubbed Anime, but for me she does woman voices better.

2024-09-12 20:48:19 +0000 UTCbtw blackbeard first went after luffy the moment he saw luffys updated bounty of 100 million. when luffy and blackbeard met the first time luffy said he has 30 million bounty so blackbeard wasnt interested but luffy didnt know his bounty got higher after beating crocodile. when luffy beat bellamy the news coo (newspaper delivery bird) gave them newspapers and then blackbeard caught that luffy had 100 million during that time in jaya, laffitte (one of blackbeards crewmates) went to mariejoa to promote blackbeard as new shichibukai (seven warlords) to replace crocodile. to gain the trust of the government blackbeard decided to chase luffy and he almost caught luffy before luffy went to sky island. also the celestial dragons dont live on sabaody but in marijoe that is placed very high up on the redline which is super close to sabaody which is why you can see them visit sabaody from time to time.

The war is officially on and Whitebears has come to get his boy back. Something like 5 or 6 different "factions" all crashing together.

Garp says Luffy’s Dad is Dragon causing us to assume that’s both of their Dad. 3. Ace says in the prison with Garp that he and Luffy have the blood of the most heinous criminal in their veins which makes you further assume this. 4. Ivan says he wants to go to marineford to save Dragon’s son making us believe Ace is Luffy’s brother even more. 5. Sengoku reveals the truth to the world who didn’t know just like us. Brilliant!
