Jason saying Gabi is a Ackerman killed me 😭😂 you guys have to remember I know it’s hard during her redemption arc but she is a literal operative a “Opp” she is a trained soldier who Marley most likely spent hundreds of thousands to train(don’t know their currency) I literally felt heather when she said “are you just saying that” 💆‍♂️Mikasa and Levi just awakened a power that was dormant within them a power that’s like the 1 for all(my hero academia) they went form level 1 to level 50 in a instant but of course honed it after years unlike gabi who literally trained from day 1 as shown in zekes childhood flashback on how the warriors are trained. And for Floch you guys have to remember he’s the only one who survived zeke throwing rocks I know this is fiction but actually think about that 🤯, my personal opinion he’s got a right to feel the way he does. His mindset is just like eren when eren said if we kill everyone beyond the sea will we be free? He looks at world like he looked at zeke “this is what’s beyond the sea” so to him the means justifies the end. Needless to say he’s still annoying 💁‍♂️

Great movie! Maybe they can squeeze it in (along with some other stand-alone anime movies) when they do surprise anime drops.

That’s right! Everyone is currently driven by different motivations, it’s difficult to predict where the ending is headed. But I’m loving your theories! (It had Jayton screaming at the TV—especially Jason mentioning Annie & then POOF! she appeared.🤣) But your idea that things are cyclical is one you should hold on to, cuz it’ll resonate more when the story is finished. Also…where is Eren? Good question. You actually already saw the answer. His whereabouts was shown in ep21, but there was so much happening it’s hard to accept what he’s become.😉 But they’ll show you again. He’ll be hard to miss.

Great reaction guys. I can't wait for the next set of episode! P.S. This is a bit of a tangent. I know you guys have picked out a anime to watch after AoT and that's great. That being said, if you guys ever want to watch a good anime movie I would highly recommend a movie called, "A Silent Voice". It's a real good story and the animation is very good. Theme and plot wise it's a bit of a palate cleanser because it's set in the "real world". It's more of personal drama but the story is very good. So yeah "A Silence Voice" is well worth the watch and I'd love to see you both react to it if you have the time, or inclination, to check it out. Anyways, I can't wait for next Wednesday and your next AOT reaction. 😊

The complexity of AOT is a big part of what makes it so great. Now that the rumbling started it’s forced the rest of the world to basically accept their fate. While everyone on the island is safe but also realizing the gravity of Eren’s decision. These last few episodes are the build up from the very beginning of AOT to setup the finale of AOT. We’re almost at the end, but still so much come. These final episodes are so great, especially the final episode which is absolutely one of my favorite. I am so excited! I can’t wait for you guys to watch. (side note) when you watch the last episode just know it’s a flashback, almost everyone one gets confused with that episode lol.

Flock is actually a great character. At first, he’s just introduced as a side character who's about to die in Season 3, but he ends up being like those people who pop up during real-life dystopian regimes. Think of the Soviet Union—and the volunteers are like those who blindly help a charismatic leader rise to power, ignoring all the warning signs because he promises them everything. Then, once that leader’s in charge, they’re often the first to get executed. This kind of thing happened so many times in the 20th century, especially in countries that ended up as dictatorships. Eren’s the leader, and Floch is the die-hard fanatic enforcer. And with Mikasa, it makes sense too. She was just told by the person she loves that she’s basically a slave, and that he hates her. Her whole life and all her choices now feel like a lie, so she’s going through a massive identity crisis—and on top of that, the world’s ending. You guys should watch the ending song too it’s really good.

mikasa is a woman jason just like how ymir was 🤣

I know i cant justify Eren's plan to destroy everyone outside the walls. No one can. And we cant also give an alternative solution. Cant fully make Eren the manipulator and the bad guy of it all bcoz his past present and future are all tangled. When he told his father to fight and take the founding titan, its bcoz he knows in his 15yr old self that thats what needs to happen. You have memories thats how it went down and u see ur dad hesitating, he had to tell him fight. Ugh, its hard to xplain. But Eren has 4yrs left, the world wants to destroy his world which is Paradis, so he has to fight and protect his ppl. He has all this power within him to do something and fight, if he dies and those power gets reborn, everything was for nothing. If only we could pick out the government officials who wants to destroy Paradis and leave the innocents out. If only. But thats impossible. Thats why Eren was so disapppinted that beyond the wall, there was humanity outside the walls and wants to destroy them. When he always thought that the last humanity was them. I say the real villain here is those people in power who refused to do something to end the cycle of hatred, and instead fueled it. The racism in Marley, the Fritz family accepting that they deserve to be punished, the world governments that said Yes to destroy Paradis, and Eren, are all responsible for this Genocide. It's easy to put the blame on one person than the ideas of war and racism.
