2025-03-14 00:17:43 +0000 UTCJason, you are correct, there's a movie with Jack Black where he plays Gulliver, inspired by Jonathan Swift's book "Gulliver's Travels". The Tontatta Tribe is heavily inspired by that too, as you can see. It's incredible that a book written in the 18th century is still inspiring modern writers and stories!

2025-03-14 00:08:32 +0000 UTCThe way zoro looks in the arc has to be one of my favorite looks of his. It just fits him really well. So excited to see your reaction for when things really start to pick up and we get into the backstories. I canβt wait for your final thoughts on doflamingo after this arc. Some people love him and heβs their favorite villain but thereβs nothing that can make me like him at all!

2025-03-13 20:13:59 +0000 UTCThis arc has some godly character development on top of being action packed. And to top it off we get my #1 backstory ahead of Brook and chopper

2025-03-13 16:47:30 +0000 UTCYou finally got to meet the Tontattas! This arc indeed takes influence from Gulliver's Travels mixed in with some Spanish, Greek and Roman influence as well, and there's also a mystery, and there's romance, and there is a classic fighting tournament... We've already said it, but the way Oda makes connections between topics that might seem too far appart is just mind-blowing! BTW the story between Rebecca and the Toy Soldier is in my top 5, can't wait to see what you guys think of it.
