2023-12-05 22:09:00 +0000 UTCOh yeah, the beginning of arcs tend to just heap mysteries at you, and sometimes the answers don't show up until the very end of the arc. And sometimes the arcs are quite long! Someone already mentioned that the openings tend to have spoilers. Some of them are more in depth than others, but they all pretty much spoil you for future characters and their roles. Some openings even spoil you beforehand when they're originally shown in the anime! For example, technically the first opening spoils who all the crew members, but you already knew about them from the live action. I have a list of when openings are safe to watch, though it's basically just my opinion: 3rd opening: starts at episode 116, watch earliest at 131. (131-144 is filler though, so for canon episodes it's 144) 4th opening (Bon Voyage): starts at 169, also safe at 169 IMO. 5th opening (Kokoro no chizu): starts at 207, safe at 237 (this one has LOTS of spoilers) 6th opening (Brand new world): starts at 264, safe enough IMO at 274, all safe at 289. 7th opening (We are Strawhats ver.): starts at 279, safe at 279 8th opening (Crazy Rainbow): starts at 284, also safe at 284 9th opening (Jungle P): Starts at 326, safe at 352 10th opening (We are remix): starts at 373, also safe at 373 11th opening (Share the world): starts at 395, safe at 425 12th opening (Kaze o sagashite): starts at 426, safe at 466 13th opening (One day): starts at 459, safe at 464 14th opening (Fight together): starts at 493, watch it after 516, is my recommendation.
