2024-01-04 03:59:52 +0000 UTCYou remembered! Yeah, Oda thought the Japanese word for reindeer (tonakai) souns a lot like the English name Tony, and thought it would be a good last name, haha. Yeah, these following episodes, as you probably know by now, aren't filler. They just have bits and pieces of filler content within some episodes, but there isn't much you can do about that. The only pure fillers in this arc are 98-99 and 102.

2024-01-04 03:18:09 +0000 UTCThis is mostly filler think of it just as more exposition for Alabasta. For instance, the Rebel Army are extremely important to Alabasta and Dance Powder is central to this story and arc. This episode just kind of gave us a preview of these two things.
