Did you know the star of Ninja Assassin is famous Kpop/Kdrama star Rain? He has no background in martial arts, but in dance instead. He’s a legend! I’m a huge fan of his, if you can’t tell.😏💕

So beautiful! Gorgeous! OMG 🤯 this cant be real why am i feeling this way i need to remind myself this isnt real. such beauty... this is drawn/animated a cartoon(anime) and with that she wanted to say that anime visually can be just as pleasing as the real world. but its not real xD

2024-03-03 15:05:14 +0000 UTCthis is a new anime from the new animation studio called E&H Production so far the only anime they animated besides this one is a manga one shot adaptation from eiichiro oda (the creator of one piece!) its called MONSTERS oda drew that manga (40pages) 30 years ago!!! 🤯 its from his WANTED series where he has 5 short stories/one shots that he drew before he could work under shueisha and thats how he could serialize one piece!

2024-02-28 23:11:11 +0000 UTCI like the use of masks—literal & hypothetical—so far!!🎭🥷👺 It’ll probably be a reoccurring theme for the main character (Logan?? Is that his real name? I officially question everything in this show.😂) Hidden identities, which encompasses the ninja lifestyle, used for disguise. Especially since the son had an oni mask they didn’t like him wearing, & the father puts on HIS oni mask at the end of ep1. But the plot also hints that he can’t avoid his fate, so perhaps the inner struggle of identity & “masks”. I’ve seen all 3 eps… it has my brain fired-up!! I have so many questions & theories that will haunt me until ep4 on Sunday!!😭

Most anime fans prefer subtitles, but this was made intentionally to be released in both English & Japanese simultaneously, so I don’t think it’ll matter. (It was produced by William St for Adult Swim’s Toonami anime time slots. I bet it airs in English in the US.😉) I’ve seen both languages, & English makes it a little less jarring when the music came in. Both VA casts are good!

(I do luckily) but most of us watch/ subscribe to Crunchyroll. And unless there's no overlay for the episodes like we get from the other animes, it will work out. but if it does (because Copyright) its gonna be hard to tune in at the same time. Just an initial thought for this. Maybe next time, for a new anime that we are watching together, it will come from Crunchyroll so everyone can watch along
