2024-05-03 05:21:31 +0000 UTCI have noticed newer reactors not liking the Zoro vs Kaku fight. Older reactors really like the fight, some even had it over Sanji vs Jabra (Wolf Guy). I remember people were really hyped after Kaku cut the Tower in Half. With newer reactors they always say the fight is stalled. However The real problem isn't that the fight is stalled, its that they stalled to get to the fight, with Zoro and Sogeking being handcuffed, ect, that it makes it seem like the Fight is longer then it really is.

The only stuff I can see being cut are all the walking through desert episodes. However with only 2 episodes they would need to cut most of the fights except Crocodile and Luffy.

2024-05-03 01:51:22 +0000 UTCThat's a great point, I guess for me I don't want to give Spandam any recognition as a villain since all the power he has is borrowed, I would instead call him an antagonist, but not necesarily a villain. I mean Chapapa even mentioned that he's weaker than a regular person and the guy doesn't really have a plan. There are some big baddies out there that do have real power and know how to use it with no hesitation, so comparing Spandam to them, he's annoying and I hate him, but he's very small.

2024-05-02 22:49:25 +0000 UTCwell i think it also depends on what u define a good villain is for you? somehow who is very strong but on the opposing team or someone that is very evil? or someone that just pisses the living shit out of you? i think thats why they have spandam so high cuz he really is good at what he is doing as a villain he is pathetic ugly annoying on the opposing team but to top it off very weak even though he acts all tough just becuz he has power houses defending him and they probably hate him aswell they just do their job making him even more disgusting knowing fullwell if he wasnt in his position any1 could shut his mouth but u cant do anything its like when ur little brother steals all your stuff but mum keeps protecting him and he abuses that power to his advantage x1'000'000

Lol So about the villains, I don't really want to spoil anything at this point so that's why I won't give you the list since you might or might not have seen some of these characters already. I will say, however, that I consider Arlong or Crocodile to be better villains than Spandam just because he's more of a tool than an actual entity of evil, but I do think Spandam works better as a villain than Axe Hand Morgan, Wapol or Kuro, and with some other villains there's more than meets the eye... I'm sure you'll know when we get to their arcs. :)

She got paralyzed with fear after that but seeing her being hopeful again, really made my heart flutter! And the fact that Luffy gave credit to his crew mates that they would survive the flood even without him going to the rescue, it shows how far he has come as a captain, trusting his nakama to do their part.

2024-05-02 20:16:52 +0000 UTCluffy in base cant keep up with lucci, in terms of numbers power level luffy is around 2000 and with gear 2 around 4500 if not even more. in gear 2 he is stronger and faster than lucci, luffy had the upper hand with gear 2 but the usage shortens his life and luffy can barely breath his body cant keep up so he cant use gear 2 for long after the usage he gets extremely exhausted aswell. lucci realized that luffy was heavy breathing. to clear ur confusion

Dun Dun DUNNNNN. Can you imagine the emotional angst of having to wait for season 4 if that happened?

He's always had some useful properties intrinsic to his rubber powers, like extended reach and immunity to bullets. Even before this arc, he's made some interesting moves, but nothing like 2nd and 3rd Gear. Before now all his moves were at his "base" level, and although they were powerful, they were mostly just punches and kicks. But these techniques improve his speed and strength. Unfortunately, like you saw, they aren't infallible. 2nd Gear in particular takes a lot out of him, but I think that's just a testament to Luffy's willpower. He's willing to give everything he's got to protect his friends. On an unrelated note, I thought it was interesting how the titan powers in Attack on Titan are similar to Luffy's 2nd and 3rd Gear. The steam, biting the thumb, the increase in size are all reminiscent of the titans. It makes me wonder if the Attack on Titan creator was inspired by One Piece. For context Attack on Titan started a few years after the Enies Lobby arc ended. I believe this arc ended in 2006, and Attack on Titan started in 2009 (specifically the manga versions).
