I mean, the hightowers were kings, so it's not out of place to think they might have some other royalty in their blood. And targs might have married with the celtigars (Velaryon is a sure thing)

Thinking of adding a bit of Lannister/Casterly, Celtigar and Baratheon. Would add a few more, but not sure which would be relevant yet.
