Hello !
I love that our guys joined the Recon Corps and are back with Eren. He needs them, he needs support, he needs people to push him, to be there for him. Like everyone here couldn't continue to fight only because they were afraid and needed hope, Eren can't go on that mission only guided by his anger and needs also the support of his friends, their loyalty and dedication to him and that mission. And yes, because of that, I'm afraid that they could enter in the 30% thing.
About what Erwin knows and is trying to do here, I really don't know. Does he share my theory of enemies who are creating the stupid Titans and he wants to have the proof of that with the secret basement ? Maybe, or maybe something else, or maybe something more. Guys, I try my best, but I miss infos, clearly.

2021-12-10 14:41:12 +0000 UTCIt's the 57th expedition since the recon corps founding.....I guess they go out so few times as they need to replenish their numbers when they get back with such high losses. Only going out when sure an objective may mean years behind the walls. Going outside those walls is always scary as hell even for their best, so getting the troops motivated must be so hard. Another great character episode. These are so key to building our trust and feelings for the group of cadets before being flung back into the action. Another great review Laura

The decision to join the Recon Corps was hard enough, but having the committment to stand there while everyone else was walking away was just on another level of hard. Shinzou wo sasageyo; devote your heart. It's such an intense salute/battlecry. I always flashback to the episode where Armin gave his desperate salute before Pixis saved them. Great stuff. Don't worry about missing information, the show gives you so much of it. I'm sure you are able to catch some of what you miss during the edits. I'm glad you haven't run into any spoilers so far. I hope it keeps that way. Excited for you to continue with this series. :)
