You, who read the books, did you know I was gonna react like that to that episode ? You saw that I never erased the possibility that Rand could be the Dragon Reborn because of a Frodo character style, but did you know I never suspected he could channel and even so, I wouldn't believe he is the One ? Because, truly, I don't. Because of Moraine's theory about all of them being a part of it. And even if he is, she's taking him to the Dark One ? I thought no guy can channel "right" and all have to be gentled, that you wouldn't take that risk to the Dragon Reborn to come to darkness and all ? What is not ok for Mat (who never channeled) is ok for Rand ?
Also, you saw that I began to ship Lan with Nynaeve, so did you know that I would be that excited by their scenes here ? I didn't think that they would give us that ship so soon (like I was expecting something for the end of season 2, maybe), but I'm glad they did. These two are risking their lives, protecting the ones they love, so it's nice for them to have each other like that. It was so sweet.
Oh, and like I said in the video, I'm really sorry for the different lights here, I was fighting with a winter sun way too shiny. And for my voice also, the consequence of that sun warming my place too much in comparison to the degrees out there. Sorry !

Hello ! Not sure if I can respond to you in english or in french, so go for english so everyone here can understand as well 😊 I see all of the red flags on Mat, and yes, maybe he doesn't risk anything if the reds are gonna find him, because he is not the dragon reborn and he can not channel, and it's what I believe. But I think that, because of Moiraine being so sure of that dark side in him, and because also of the fact that we saw we can't trust Leandrin, that she wants to hurt Moiraine in a way, so maybe through Mat, because she knows him, she says his name in that previous episode ?... Aaah, I'm too worried for the kid, no matter what. For Rand, and her decision to take him so quick, I still don't understand her intentions. Or maybe I have one theory, that I really don't like : if she brings him all alone, it's because she knows that if it's him, she's gonna have to kill him, because she wouldn't take the risk of maybe him switching one day and she knows the others would stop her. -16°C ?? 2021-12-20 17:38:18 +0000 UTCThe prophecy says the next dragon will either save the world or destroy it, which is why with so many red flags of "darkness" in Mat (stealing, lies, emotional, gets angry easily, etc), Moirane sent the message to ask the reds to find him so that if he isn't the dragon reborn and if he cannot channel, they would not be able to gentle him, she just wants to make sure in case she would die with the 4 kids at the eye of the world, that if Mat was the dragon he would be gentled as she feared the dark one would turn him. For Rand, she probably felt he was much less likely to turn to the dark one so quickly? There are many small things different from the books so we can't compare, but that's how I feel about it. It's really sad for Mat, because as soon as we got the initial images and then trailer, months and months ago, one of the first things me and my friend talked about was how we were both super excited because he seemed like the perfect actor to embody mat's character! J'aimerais qu'ici ce soit 4 degrés!! ce matin on était à -16 déjà et l'hiver ne fait que commencer! L'hiver en france me rend jaloux ^^
