Hello !
I began the episode suspecting Kuina to be the witch, she was reacting really weirdly when they were asking her if she was. But then, I began to think about the game : I have this theory that games have to be fair, and if this is a game of heart, it means the solution is not to accuse someone, to find who is guilty, because no one is. So it's the one(s) who are making these games, or it was the girl herself. And with Ann's reaction at the end, for me it confirms the second option, with the way she held the knife.
I love all of these flashbacks because we learnt more about these characters and their pasts (also maybe reasons why they are into this world ?), and also because it's good for my theories. I have that one about some being maybe non-player characters (if we are in a virtual world) and one or more being the mastermind(s) behind this game. The fact that we know the backgrounds of almost everyone now, EXCEPT for Chishiya and the genuine kid who doesn't have a name yet… You're my main suspects.
