Hello !
I was clearly too excited to discover this new season, the intro/reaction part/review are a mess and I shared way too many things with you to try to explain (AGAIN) why I think I'm an airbender. The part with Aang's group during this episode was necessary : a new war theme explored, about soldiers still dying while he's learning bendings, the responsibilities which are coming with that. And these infos about the Avatar State : the dark side and the vulnerable aspect.
But, to be honest, I prefered Zuko's part during this episode : to see him having so much hope to come back home and then being so disappointed, to have Iroh following him no matter what, and THAT end. As you see here, I had trouble dealing with my emotions. This animation is really not letting me have the time to live them fully. That's great, but I'm finishing exhausted.

I finished episode 6 and I can't say a lot about how I'm feeling about Azula : I hate how she is with people, even those close to her (not only Zuko and Iroh), but I don't hate her because I still don't know who she is, she's saying/doing stuff but no reactions/emotions, something for me to understand her character. Maybe she's really gonna become a character that I would love to hate. I saw for her flame yes, and the electric thing. For Zuko and Iroh new haircuts, I thought that maybe I was missing something her, with the knife? But I'm glad I was right, ok it's to change their fire nation's appearance, but I think that it was also symbolic for Zuko, losing his hope to come back to the Fire Nation, at least the beginning of it.

2021-04-06 19:41:26 +0000 UTCHi! I love Azula. (I mean, I hate her, but she is a great villain!) As you see, she can use lightning, which is a particular variation of firebending. And as you saw, her flame is not yellow as Zuko or Iroh's. She has blue flame (which is considered hotter). Poor Zuko and Iroh had to cut their hair now to be able to blend in, as those are very typical fire nation hair styles, but as you said: Iroh will go anywhere for Zuko. Love to see you are enjoying the season so far!
