A fair warning : I have a lot of issues with these reaction videos, so I have to cut a lot into it for ytb. I prefer to say it, this is not what I wanted you guys to see : I have the extended version for patreon (after the first editing), I have the version I wanted you guys to see (respecting the usual fair use rules) and I have the version cut again and again so it's not gonna be blocked. I say it because I saw some comments complaining about the cuts.
I loved this episode, which was more about the characters than the story. First, with these little flashbacks with Armin. The writers are so good at creating deep emotions in such a short time, it really broke my heart to see Hannah like that. And then, these big flashbacks with Mikasa and how her parents died. This prostitution story, in addition of racist stuff, and then Eren who killed these guys… He saved her but also helped her to save herself. I understand their relationship better now.
