A Word About Toon Fawn.

Hi all,

Thankyuu all for your patience through these troublesome months.

Allow me to speak on Toon Fawn, a past content contributor to Fluffy TG. Whether you are aware of the events surrounding us or not, let me be clear on this. Regardless of your feelings, do not attack or give her grief.

While I admittedly made an insensitive tweet that sparked the squabble, the fact is that she mistakenly believed I was making an entire comic specifically devoted to bringing attention to her, (and another) that left the Fluffy TG team in the past. In reality, in the current story arc still being released, a throw away line of a character complaining that they had "free time to help save the day since our artists bailed on us" was written. Insensitive of me, but hardly an entire story centered around Toon Fawn.

Anyway, upon reading this tweet, Toon Fawn proceeded to tell a one sided story on twitlonger that I had abused our friendship, and even released private information about me without my consent. When I responded to her doing this on twitter, she erupted over my rebuttal and went on to dump even more info, including full on screenshots of many personal conversations between her and I. Interestingly, this second act of releasing information of me did not reveal or make for any additional points to be made. Rather, it was yet again Toon Fawn making a knee-jerk reaction to simply embarrass me.

Although, what Toon Fawn failed to show was anything that broke the narrative that she was trying to tell. A narrative that I could show if I released our conversations raw, and didn't cherry pick it as she did.

Mind you, all of this... all of my emotions and feelings... released to be read by not only our mutual friends, but strangers online who have no business reading.

A big thing to note, is that Toon Fawn not only consented to every comic and story that featured our OCs together, but she was included in every script written and given opportunity to veto anything. Instead, she voiced very little problem and still allowed me to pay her to draw it all.

I'll be very clear; Toon Fawn had no right to publicly release our private conversations.

There was no sexual harassment. Ever seen a dumb anime girl ask to hold hands and cuddle? That was the extent of it. Mind you, she would at times encourage it, but this is largely absent from her information dumps. 

My bottom line: A simple direct message to me instead to vent her frustration over my tweet, would have allowed for me to explain and apologize. What she did, (both times mind you) was the epitome of an immature child throwing a tantrum.

That's it. I have nothing more to say openly about it.
