關於性暴力創作的一些反思/Some thoughts on the creation of sexual violence/性的暴力の創作に関する意見

如同你們所知道的，我的Patreon帳號最近被移除了，理由是違反性暴力相關的規則，這件事不是重點所以簡單交代:

受到信用卡公司禁止成人內容的政策影響，Patreon最近開始大量清理成人內容創作者，為了能合理的刪除帳號而降低審查標準，像我這種原本在灰色地帶的就直接變成黑色出局，現在Patreon的標準是:只要沒有"譴責性暴力"，就等同於"讚美性暴力"。

(以上純屬個人推測。)

人類社會中存在各式各樣的鄙視鍊，性癖當然也躲不過，而目前普世價值中的性癖鄙視鍊的最底層前三名當屬:兒童、獵奇、性暴力。

作為性暴力的愛好者（嚴格來說，性暴力也分很多種，但總之姑且都先歸到同一類），我很難解釋為什麼虐待、羞辱、欺凌等情節會對我如此有吸引力，我有時候甚至不曉得自己是代入加害者或者受害者，因為我喜歡的是[男>女]而我是男性，照理說應該是加害者，但我幾乎可以100%的確定如果哪天我性轉了，我依然會喜歡[男>女]的性暴力。我自己感覺這無關加害方或受害方，只是單純的對於強迫征服的性行為感到性興奮，能喚起人類性興奮的事物千奇百怪，我想這還算是比較常見的類別了。

是的，相較於其它冷門奇異的性癖，性暴力的愛好者人數其實還算多，那麼為什麼還是鄙視鍊的底層呢？主要還是「道德」這東西的存在。

一般來說基於禮貌原則，普通人即使覺得他人的性癖再噁心再奇怪（比方說吃屎），也不敢說些什麼，但如果佔據了道德高地就不同了，儘管喜歡[描述違法內容的創作]，並不等同於喜歡[違法]這件事，是根本無需討論的事實，但"可能對社會造成不良影響"這理由就像一把尚方寶劍，讓仇恨者可以正大光明的鄙視性暴力這個性癖，同時將[描述違法內容的創作]抹黑到一個介於違法和不違法之間的狀態，而一旦陷入這種狀態，往往就是多數決。

喜歡你的人占多數，那你就是合法的；不喜歡你的人占多數，那雖然法律上你沒有罪，但民間和企業會對你動私刑讓你社會性死亡。

前言說的很長，總之我想說的是，我們這種類型的創作者如果要能堅持走自己的路的同時還能自保，就必須要經營好自己的個人形象，不要讓仇恨者有更多藉口醜化我們；時刻注意普世價值的標準，在極左派佔據話語權的時代，適時妥協，不要走到不喜歡你的人占多數的地步。

其實我早就知道Patreon是個政治正確色彩極其濃厚的組織，非常不利於邊緣類型的創作，但我仍然繼續使用的理由是希望把Patreon當作一把尺，如果被鎖了就知道該調整內容了（當然，他們直接跳過這步驟把我帳號刪了是我沒想過的）。

如今這把尺沒了，不用再面對美國的極左SJW，現在在我身後的是對成人內容態度最開放的日本(Fanbox)和台灣(H2H)，按理來說我應該要火力全開，把以前想做卻不敢做的東西全做了才對—但這顯然行不通，在信用卡公司全面封殺色情內容的當下，所有金流服務商都受到波及，Patreon這坨屎就算了，但我絕對不想給Fanbox和H2H添麻煩。

總之，未來我想朝三個目標去走：

經營個人形象：雖然對於I人來說很難，也許多參加點線下活動（同人場等），或者乾脆露臉開個Youtube頻道之類的。

調整創作內容：在不違背初心的前提下，盡量避免招人反感，也許把部分的內容隱藏，放到幕後圖。

加強藝術性：這是我一生之追求所以其實根本不用提，但藝術性越高就越不容易受到責難，成為非物質文化遺產就沒人敢罵你了。

也請我最信任也最想討好的你們—我的讀者們，如果你們何時感覺到「老皮，這內容我不行，太過頭了」，請不要顧慮隨時說出來，一人一意見，救救老殘皮:^P

Now that the ruler is gone, and I no longer have to deal with the far-left SJWs in the US, and now that I have Japan (Fanbox) and Taiwan (H2H) behind me, who are the most open to adult content, it would seem logical that I should go all out and do all the things I wanted to do before but didn't dare to do - but that obviously didn't work, with credit card companies blocking adult content all over the world, all the payment service providers are being affected. Patreon is a pile of shit but I definitely don't want to cause trouble for Fanbox and H2H.

All in all, there are three goals I want to try in the future:

Manage my personal appearance: even though it's hard for someone with a communication disability like me, I'd like to participate in more offline events (doujin market, etc.), or just show my face and start a Youtube channel or something like that.

Adjusting the content of my work: Trying to avoid being offensive without losing my original spirit, maybe hiding some of the content and putting it behind the scenes.

Enhancement of artistry: This is my lifelong pursuit, so there is no need to mention it, but the more artistry you have, the less likely you are to be criticized, if you become an Intangible Cultural Heritage, no one will dare to criticize you.

性暴力（正確には性暴力にもいろいろあるが、とりあえず同じ括りにしておこう）の愛好者である私にとって、虐待、屈辱、いじめなどがなぜそんなに魅力的なのか説明するのは難しい。私は[男性>女性]が好きで、私は男性なので、加害者であるべきだと言うのは論理的ですが、いつか性転換したとしても、私は[男性>女性]の性暴力を好むとほぼ100％確信しています。加害者とか被害者とかではなく、単純に強制的な征服行為に性的魅力を感じるということだと思う。人を興奮させるものは実にさまざまで、これはかなり一般的な部類に入ると思う。

そう、他の珍しい性癖に比べれば、性暴力愛好者の数はかなり多いはずなのに、なぜいまだに軽蔑の連鎖の底辺にいるのだろうか？最大の理由は「道徳」の存在である。

一般的に良識の原則に基づけば、たとえ一般人が他人の性癖を（ウンコを食べるような）嫌悪感や奇異に感じても、あえて何も言わないだろうが、道徳的な高みを占めるとなると話は別だ。

【犯罪的な内容を描写する創作物】が好きなことと【法律を犯すこと】が好きなこととは別であることは、議論するまでもない事実ではあるが。

しかし、「社会に悪影響を及ぼす可能性がある」という文言は、嫌いな人が性暴力を性癖として公然と軽蔑し、同時に【犯罪的な内容を描写した創作物】を違法か違法でないかの中間の状態に貶めることを可能にする帝王の剣のようなものであり、その状態になれば、多くの場合、決めるのは多数派である。

もし大多数の人々があなたを好きなら、あなたは合法であり、もし大多数の人々があなたを嫌いなら、あなたは法的には無罪だが、人々や企業はあなたをリンチし、社会的な死を迎えさせるだろう。

前置きが長くなりましたが、何が言いたいかというと、私たちのようなクリエイターが自分の道を貫き、なおかつ自分の身を守りたいのであれば、嫌われ者に誹謗中傷の口実を増やさないように身だしなみをしっかり管理すること、普遍的な価値観の基準に気を配ること、極左がメディアを席巻している時代に適度な妥協をして、自分を嫌う人が多数派にならないようにすることです。

実際、パトロンが極めてポリティカル・コレクトな組織であり、限界ギリギリの創作を良しとしない環境であることは以前から知っていたのだが、もしBANされても内容を調整すればいいという定規としてパトロンを使いたかったので使い続けていた（もちろん、そのステップをすっ飛ばして直接アカウントを削除されることまでは考えていなかった）。

定規がなくなり、アメリカの極左SJWと付き合う必要もなくなり、アダルトコンテンツに最も寛容な日本（Fanbox）と台湾（H2H）を後ろ盾にした今、以前やりたかったけどあえてやらなかったことを全力でやるべきだと論理的に思えるだろう。しかし、それは無理だった。クレジットカード会社が世界中でアダルトコンテンツをブロックし、すべての決済サービス業者が影響を受けているのだ。Patreonはクソの山だが、私は絶対FanboxとH2Hに迷惑をかけたくない。

とにかく、今後試したい目標が3つある：

自身のイメージ管理：私のようなコミュニケーション障害を持つ人間には難しいことですが、オフラインのイベント（同人販売会など）にもっと参加したり、顔出しでYoutubeチャンネルなどをやってみたいと考えています。

作品の内容の調整： 初心を忘れず、不快感を与えないように、内容を隠して裏方に回るとか。

芸術性の向上： これは私の生涯の課題なので言う必要はないが、芸術性が高まれば批判されにくくなるし、無形文化遺産になれば誰も批判する勇気がなくなる。
