Hello Patrons
Looks like the C-Spec Mech has gone down a treat, with multiple patrons already having multiple suits built and painted in just 1 week! Come check them out in our Discord if you're interested to see what they look like in the flesh. (or should that be metal?)
But it's already less than a week until the end of the month, which means it's time for the Spectres to come out of hiding and get a full breakdown of everything you'll be getting in October;
In the images below, you can see that we've highlighted certain elements in bright orange, blue, green, etc (and you'll see similar images in many of our previous releases too!), and various images say "multi-shell" on them.
These colours mean that each highlighted element is actually a separate "shell" - a complete 3D object that it is possible to move, scale, interchange, or even remove entirely! Want to know how? We've got a few excellent text and video resources for you to check out;
Sonic Sledgehammer's Video Tutorial using MeshMixer.
And finally, an in-depth Blender Tutorial that covers advanced movement and manipulation of individual shells, as well as a whole lot more if you're interested!

The spectres are arriving with two different head variants. The first features the helmet with the Spectre's specialised eye protection that also acts as a HUD and low-light enhance optic, as well as optional background matching Hex-Camo. The second option is to forgo the helmet altogether and features a simple balaclava. Both definitely evoke a stealthy operative!

The Spectre torsos all feature the same base chest armour, and then layer up from there. You've got a standard Hex-Camo torso, and then additional pouches and ammo mags (on the back), and finally a pair of torsos with grenades and a sniper barrel (again, on the back).

Just as with all the Spectre kit, the legs are replete with optional Hex-Camo, as well armoured thigh pads. Removing the latter will reveal an equipment rig with molle webbing!

The Spectre multi-role weapon comes as a compact bullpup, or as the assembled sniper configuration. The weapons are similar in shape and have similar grips to the C-Spec operative month! For all the spectre arms we've kept everything we could as a shell, including the armoured shoulder pad too! There are also two more specialised poses that feature a two-handed pistol shooting pose, as well as a sniper's cradle pose!

For standalone weapons, both the carbine and sniper configurations are provided, as well as three variants of the Spectre pistol! Useable as a pistol-grip joint compatible weapon, or in hand with a torch, or a torch and a specialised 2nd barrel! As for other accessories, there are three different grenades available, as well as something brand new from the CRANE factories; a stealthed claymore mine!
Finally, there are two minelayer poses that give you the option of printing a squad mate in the process of laying the claymores. Perfect cover against flanking while your snipers line up their shot. They'll never see it coming, literally.

We hope you're looking forward to the Unity Council's most elite forces coming to your tabletop very, very soon!
If you'd like the high-resolution Multi-shell renders to keep track of all the options, feel free to download them in the attached ZIP file!
We're a little behind at the moment with so much going on with this release, and running a Kickstarter alongside. But don't worry, we haven't forgotten about the DBR bonus content, and we'll be back as soon as we can with more information!
