I dont know if you can buy the Manga, but i found this side with all the released Chapter of the Main Story in english. But be careful: i heard that the Manga is in a Lot of Aspects darker than the Anime. An Example is the japanese Girl they rescued from Zolzal. I read that in the Manga, it was stated that Zolzal was Holding her as Sex Slave and abused her together with other girls. She was also completly naked when he showed her. Whats more ( since those Information never appear in the anime) Sugawas parents accepted to adopt Cherry as there Daughter, making her a Japanese Citizen.
