I wouldn't call Chisa a tsundere since typically a tsundere is someone who acts cold or puts a hard front in front of their crush to hide their feelings. Chisa is just a shy girl who is more mature than her childish colleagues. She is mostly just annoyed and ignorant to the hijinks that Iori and crew get upto. As of right now she isn't like this because she has a crush on the MC, she's just a typical shy yet mature young woman. At least compared to other characters who actually are in the tsundere archetype, she's one of the most harmless and reasonable. She's kind of on the same level as Kurisu from Steins Gate in terms of her tolerance of the childish behavior of the MC. Sorry for the essay hahaha
