yep thank you I didn't know about the 10 minute buffer, it makes way more sense that way. Funny enough I got like 80 comments on the youtube reaction and 40 of them were just about this XDD hahahhahaha

This was mentioned in the last episode (Episode 10) Regarding the Live broadcast of the raid on TV. The Camera man mentioned that the stream has a 10 minute delay, meaning that if anything goes south, and there are graphic injuries to the S-ranks or casualties, they can modify/Edit/Cut/Stop the broadcast before it reaches the people, so in that sense it has censorship, which makes sense. You can’t exactly broadcast that type of stuff without making sure it is appropriate for the public, The whole point of the stream is to give people hope, and to restore faith in South-Koreas Government as well as the S-ranks after the previous 3 failed attempts on the Raid (At least that's how I see it).
