Evil Inc After Dark #24, Page 20

The saga of the Monster Hunter continues! We finally see the inside of the mysterious parlor that Mr. Ross has been spending so much time in. AND, we finally know why the voluptuous red succubi was so interested in capturing him. It turns out that re-starting a new generation of Nuami was only part of her plan. Will her Nuami Ade be a hit among the succubi? Did she even consider naming it Cock-a-Cola?  Or maybe... 7" Up? Can it be considered a soft drink? Did she have to raise seed money for this venture? (It's seemin' like she did.) Does it come in quarts? Does he? Does it come in a can? Does...

Well, you get the picture. This whole thing raises more than a few questions.

Read Monster Hunter from the first page.

I hate to be "that guy" but I think you ought to rework the typography for the "Nuami Ade" advert, because that D looks like an O to me. I had to look at your commentary for a translation. :) "Nuami AOE?" I thought. "It's......for World of Warcraft mages who use area-of-effect spells?" Then I read the commentary and felt stupid. :)

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed...

Holy cats! You, sir, have an extraordinary memory!

The milking machine returns. I wonder if the succubi borrowed this one from the hermaphrodite elf you sketched so long ago.

Mr. Nobody

Reminds me of the old saw about how the University of Florida and Florida State University have a long standing rivalry, but it's widely accepted that it's for the best that UF developed Gatorade first-- Otherwise it might be known as Seminole Fluid.

Is that the water sprite in the tub in the last panel? It doesn't like a reflection...

Les Nines

I love love love how panel 1 is seems to refer to a scene from 1975's A Boy and His Dog.

Sports drink makes sense given the salty comtent, but I vote she markets it as a Cream Soda. She can call it Spray & W.

Michael Obert

I was hoping to sneak that sprite past you folks! But come on! "Pour yourself a stiff one" is a GENIUS marketing slogan!

Brad Guigar

First, your narrative... too... many... puns... You gotta pace yourself or you'll cramp up. Second, I didn't notice the water sprite's face until the second glance... pretty subtle.
