NSFW Commission — Lightning Lady's smear campaign

This commission was a real challenge. The original request started as "Lightning Lady impersonating Amazing Amazon in order to ruin AA's reputation in a very XXX way." And, as additional details emerged, I could see the opportunity to something really fun.

But it wasn't until I actually started drawing the piece that I realized that (a) Lightning Lady wasn't going to be recognizable without her mask, and (b) Amazing Amazon's blue skin tome was going to be even more problematic. That's when I had the idea to have blue body paint rubbing off on the male actors.

However, the scene didn't really gel until I added that narration box — which provides a nice little punchline to boot. That didn't come until the illustration was nearly over. I just kinda kept plugging away on faith, knowing something was going to fall into place.

And it did.

"Smear campaign."

In the end, I have a commisison I'm really proud of!
