Evidenced by how long I spent tinkering with it. after the fact. I was really wanting to get this particular kind of 90s anime look I'm all the time ogling now that I'm watching Ranma and stuff.
I don't know if I actually got it here, but I like how it turned out anyways, and I hope you do too!
Except for the little sketch in the corner and the post processing stuff--I did draw this all in CSP, which means I have a pretty clear document showing my struggle which I'll post tomorrow! :)
Thanks for all the lovely character suggestions in this last poll-- I want to keep playing with them in September because I still have ideas for Leah and some of the others have a lot of potential too.
I've found that it's really helpful to have a distraction like this when I'm just getting stuck on the more monotonous work of coloring the comic. I think I'll have to postpone the finished coloring until September but I'll do an update at the beginning of the month with a bunch of little changes in place.
