The author of Haikyuu made Semi Eita number 3 of Shiratorizawa look and be excactly like Sugawara. Both 3rd years, both are setters. Both come into the game to change the rythme of the game, and yes the author made Semi and Sugawara look exactly alike. Some people like myself think Suga and Semi are long lost twin brothers because of how they look so alike
