The reason the two sisters are able to use each other, despite both being weapons, is due to the fact that they’re sisters. Their souls are similar enough to each other that they are able to do some form of resonance, but because they are resonating based on similarity of the soul and not on compatibility, it’s weaker than it would be with a meister.
