The fatboi's teeth are IIRC a type of cosmetic thingie from Japanese culture. I think it's used by kabuki actors or something, to "hide" their teeth for certain types of plays (I think to look supernatural toothless monsters/youkai). You see it from time to time in some animes w/ specifically caricaturized characters whose visuals/personality are based on kabuki theme Astaroth is a demon. All Djinn are named after Demon Kings (such as Paimon, Amon, Zagan etc etc), hence why there's only the exact amount of Djinn as there are named Demon Kings in mythology (so 42 I think)
