The Blond guy with her (the knight) are from this world originally and has been charged with keeping the teacher safe because of her agricultural skills. Also, he and his knights have been chosen mainly for their looks in hopes of being able to seduce her and keep her in that world.

If I remember correctly they went to adventure guild in the city we ended in episode 7 and the receptionist there gave them a letter of recommendation when they went to the other city with the big guild. Then things happen (can't remember all of it, killing beasts and saving people from bandits and having a fight in the other guild I think it was) So their fame spreads and the guild master takes an interested in them.
