2021-05-16 15:05:49 +0000 UTCJust to clear up a few things. The reason why Inumaki seems to say random words is because he is a cursed speech user and doesn’t want to risk cursing someone. Also Todo wasn’t the person Gojo was referring to who can become more powerful than him, that was Okkotsu, the person Todo kept saying he wanted to participate in the exchange event and is the third person in the group that Gojo mentioned. And the person at the end of the episode is not Okkotsu
