2021-05-15 22:54:59 +0000 UTCTo answer a few of your questions from the episode, for one, Diablo is still technically only level 150, since that was the level cap when he was in the game. Fallen are able to cheat this if they're boosted by a demon lord like Varakness. So Diablo was actually fighting someone 10 levels above him, he just had a massive equipment and strategic advantage. For an idea of just how strong Varakness actually was, when Diablo fused white nova, it was actually the force of 7 white novas because of the ability of his new staff/sword. It makes sense though since Edelgard survived a regular white nova at around level 80. Also, in regards to this new demon lord, there are actually plenty of demon lords that are all fragments of the original demon lord. Klem is the "Demon Lord of the Soul" and considered the strongest fragment on her own. This new demon lord is juicing himself up though but you'll find out about that soon most likely. The pacing for this doesn't really make sense with how much happens between now and the fight with that demon lord, but we'll see what they come up with.
