Farewell Neverland was tied for my favorite song off of The Name Chapter: Temptation and I think I might’ve even cried when I read the lyrics the first time😅 It came out around the time when I was transitioning from living at home with my parents to being on my own. FN is about growing up and knowing it’s time to let go of childish ignorance even if it means stepping or “falling” into painful and difficult experiences. Some of my favorite translated lyrics; “even if I’m afraid, I’m going down.“ “I found out the truth, that all the things that were beautiful, were actually not. I’m going to spit out that cruel lie” “running above the air towards the ground at full speed, time to fall, it’s time” I love that the metaphor is so clear. In the story Peter Pan’s Neverland exists in the stars and is a floating island in the sky. For them instead of flying down, they have to choose to fall down to reality. Growing up and experiencing new things is scary but the time will come and everyone has to just go through it as best they can. Very relatable in general but at that specific time in my life it really had a big impact on me.

2024-10-26 17:51:28 +0000 UTCSo txts albums are broken down into “chapters” and each chapter tells a continuous story. “Farwell Neverland” is a bside of their “The Name Chapter: Temptation” album. It tells the story of boys who are living in a fantasy and eventually come to accept reality and leave “Neverland”. The title track “Sugar Rush Ride” shows off the “lost boy” story line a lot. I’d recommend Sugar Rush Ride (it’s the other it’s live) and Tinnitus next. They are both off the Temptation album as well. The its live and regular “Farwell Neverland” are pretty much the same. There is no music video. Also I’d recommend the Beomie Bear guide

Sadly, it doesn't have an mv though... But if I had to recommend anything from txt, it's their full albums! If you can, please react to the album of this song in particular, you won't be disappointed 🤭 As for specific videos, maybe their performance37 of "I'll See You There Tomorrow"? That song is a bop, it made my day when I listened to it. Thank you for your reaction guys!!
