just to clear things up, demon lord is just a social status title, anyone can either self proclaim themselves a demon lord, or gain recognition from an existing one, Leon killed Kazalium the Curse Lord so he was recognised to have the power of the demon lord, Carrion and Frey were both powerful enough to be recognised as a demon lord but they aren’t true demon lords.
