WHAT YOU GET WITH OUR VIDEOS? GUIDE/FAQ

This is going to be a guide to what you can do with our patreon videos.

What you get when you sign up?

Shuriken - All YouTube (sans movies) content uncut.  

Wakizashi - All YouTube (sans movies) content uncut.   When we do patreon polls you are able to vote.

Katana - All YouTube content uncut.  When we do patreon polls you are able to vote.  Vote counts more.  All movies uncut.  All exclusive patreon anime series content uncut.

IMPORTANT - If you guys download our reactions, you'll notice there are 5 AUDIO TRACKS.   Here is an explanation for all of them

Audio Track 1 - Includes the Full Anime Audio Unfiltered along with both of our voices.

Audio Track 2 - Includes only our voices and mutes the Anime Audio (If you want to sync your own episode to our reaction without our anime audio playing)

Audio Track 3 - Just the anime audio only (Unsure why someone would choose this)

Audio Track 4 - Only Jason's voice

Audio Track 5 - Only Chance's voice

FAQ 

- Why does the video say it's processing?

Because Google Drive is very iffy and unreliable even though it owns YouTubes processing codes.  Sometimes it'll take 30 minutes for a video to process, sometimes it'll take 3 hours.  Please bear with us til it processes or you can download the video.

- How do I download the video?

If it's still processing then the download button should be right in the middle inside a blue rectangle that says "Download".  If the video is already encoded then on the top right after you click the link there is an arrow pressing down on a box.  That's the download button.  If you don't see it then you have to click the 3 dots on the top right and the download option should be present.

- Why is the video only 360p after encoding? 

Because Google Drive encoded only up to 360P.  You have to give it more time for it to encode to 1080P.  Sorry, but bear with it.

- Why do you upload the YouTube video before the Patreon video sometimes?

We are human, we aren't perfect so we forget from time to time.  If that happens, don't be shy to DM us here,  Discord, or Twitter/Insta.

- I don't see "insert series here" on patreon, but it's on YouTube.

We started patreon a little after our channel took off.  So some older content isn't going to be available unfortunately.  We do apologize for that.

We would like to personally thank all of you for supporting us.  This is a dream and we can't believe we've gotten this far.  Thank you guys for everything and we hope to brighten up your day with our content.
