2025-05-19 14:21:39 +0000 UTCEnjoyed the reaction a lot !🫶🏻 I think that flashy would be crazy for a concert, piwon always have these hype songs in their albums and when they perform them it’s just insane energy like everybody clap, follow me, that’s it, mirror mirror (all from different eps) Also they usually end their eps with slower songs and it’s always so refreshing with their amazing vocals , but I guess with this album a slower song might’ve broken the image of Duh! I can’t wait for the next album reaction❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

You guessed Keeho, which I could totally see, but knowing some of Jongseobs solo songs, this definitely gives his vibe as well! So proud of them for always working harder and harder to be more involved in the composition and production of their music! All of the boys were super involved in everything from writing to production and even choreography!!

Soul has said that he doesnt personally feel very comfortable singing in Korean and is working towards taking bigger parts! In some of their behind the scenes videos, you can even see that the members assign their lines themselves, with soul being completely able to take the lines he wants and feels comfortable with. It is definitely his choice and comfort level, rather than his singing ability (since he is a phenomenal singer). They actually released more of a ballad style cover by Soul in February for his birthday! The lyrics are Japanese, which he is a lot more comfortable singing in considering its his first language! This cover is honestly amazing, and definitely worth a watch if you're missing his voice a bit! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtFgxPiUcco Jiung has tried to get Soul to sing/take more lines, and has been giving him harder parts in recent comebacks! Soul talked about it in this video last year, and was talking about how he was a bit stressed with the extra lines and work during the Sad Song album, and that he really enjoys focusing on his dancing and performing a lot more than taking lines and everything! I added the link to the video, which was a lot more chill compared to their usual content. Soul and Jongseob just had a conversation about their strengths and where they'd like to grow and everything. Definitely a good watch! Theo is basically right about it being more sarcastic lyrically! Keeho composed it, and has said that he wrote it as a way to call out the demasculinization of East Asian men who are typically called "pretty boy" in a much more offensive and derogatory way. He has noticed that many do not see East Asian men as masculine, and instead assign more feminine words to them like "pretty". This song is his way of kind of taking that back and saying, "yeah I AM pretty. So what?" You can also kind of hear in the lyrics they say "you just want to fantasize me", meaning that people see them as a pretty face, but fail to see more of their personalities. He wanted to emphasize that they can be (and are imo) pretty while also being masculine!
