That's why he still gets hungry, thirsty and needs sleep. This isn't a spoiler as it was information provided when he took his helmet off when he looked in the river. His character name is Arc and the name of the game is never given. I would like to point one a piece of information that was stated in the episode. The part of him not feeling guilt when he killed the bandits. All I can say is that this IS relevant.

The incorporation of CGI and hand drawn fights is done very smoothly and is way cleaner than Overlord. Also as someone who has no knowledge on this series, I'd also place my bets on Ainz over Arc, but I am curious to see how overwhelming he'll be in regards to the world.
