2017-10-06 16:43:37 +0000 UTCYou mean this expansion specifically? We're still putting it together, so not yet. But when it's complete this month, it will be fully English and Japanese at the same time. Like Schrodinger's porn. The whole game and its add-ons will always have a language option.
