I can't say anymore then that until you guys reach season 9 episode 5 but to not get your guys hopes up you won't see him for the rest of this show but hes not confirmed dead or alive. It's very confusing but I think he's going to show up in a future spin off show. By the way Morgan left this show and went on the spin off show called fear the walking dead
