It's really good to hear that you're taking care of yourself as well as you are, and I'm glad you're not pushing yourself to make more content than you're comfortable doing (: I hope you know what's causing all your pain soon!! We're wishing you the best! (sidenote, I found out my constant migraines/headaches came from upper-cervical nerve impingement. A specialized chiropractor such as a Gonstead chiropractor was able to remove the nerve pressure for me, and it's possible you could be experiencing something similar.)

I really hope that you're able to get a proper diagnosis and that you're able to make it through all of your struggles right now. If you can't do 2 or 3 videos that's ok, your health is important Lauren and I think I can speak for all of us when I say that even just one more video will be enough. Please take care!

2022-02-11 07:03:05 +0000 UTCI’m so sorry for what you’re going through! My girlfriend has this same thing! There isn’t much on my end that I can do, but I help her when I can. One thing that seems to help a lot is putting a heating pad on her. Feel free to dm me if you’d like and I can relay any questions you have to her! Edit: she said it could also be PCOS
