As I told in my social media today, once upon a time there was a shy bear who participated in #santahatday and whose pic was stolen from a private profile on Facebook and turned into a nameless meme…
For a long time this was troubling for him. Partly because of fear of harming his family, partly because nobody cared to ask who was that on the picture. They even put a fake dick to it (fun fact: the fake dick was from a pic of a guy that treated our guy very badly in the past).
Six or seven years later our guy, this guy, even has an Only Fans 😜

Dear Jesse, fight those voices. That battle inside our head is the most important because in the end what matters is that we like the reflection on the mirror. I know it's usually "oh sexy daddy bear this and that" but you really do brighten the world with your positivity and I want to make sure that you know you are a beacon of hope to guys like me that are stuck in our own heads thinking that we aren't sexy or good enough because of our size and/or age. I wish I was able to be more “free” on the open social media pages, tú fear still takes its toll. Every time someone steals a pic and posts it elsewhere it’s a hit. That day will be lost and I’ll feel a lot of sadness and loneliness, apart from the fear my family will get angry with me. But im learning to cope, to reduce the impact, to not feel like that. Because I can’t pretend those guys will change their ways, I better adapt. But I also think it’s good to put this conversation on the table from time to time, because I knew of other guys in similar situations that couldn’t deal with this and just disappeared. I wouldn’t want to do that. Im a fighter, I guess haha 😅😘😘❤️

It’s great to celebrate the guys in our community, but it would be better for everyone if they were acknowledged, tagged at the very least. Behind every picture there’s a person and a moment, by forgetting that we’re creating a toxic culture that will make a lot of the guys feel very lonely, disconnected, unhappy. Human connection makes things more interesting. 😘😘❤️❤️

I had two ways of dealing with this, let it sink me or grow from it, and I chose growth (as painful it could be) because in the end the guy that stole the pic and all of those that still steal and post my pics without asking for permission or tagging me (happened just one hour ago again) don’t give a fuck about me. You need to learn to love yourself and do what’s necessary to be in peace. No one is going to do it for you ❤️😘😘❤️
