Important Announcement & Changes
Added 2015-04-29 16:15:12 +0000 UTCHello everyone! This is kind of a big announcement, so first I want to start by thanking all of my patrons for supporting me and my work. You surelly noticed that during this month I been unable to keep up with my updates, due to both personal and family issues and what not, and this is actually why I been thinking in making some changes sin the way my Patreon page works. First, I wanted (or needed) to have a month off, so my first idea was to remove reward tiers, but that would have been a mess, so I think I'm going to move to a per update format. I started to figure things out and make the chages before the month it's over. I will keep updating on the changes, so please keep an eye on them. Also! I will be moving the request stream to another day. Thank you for your time!

I have a question regarding your $3.75 tier reward... what happens if someone pledging at that tier happens to be banned from your stream? Wouldn't that void the reward unfairly? Or would those people get some kind of immunity from being banned?

2015-04-29 21:28:20 +0000 UTCEverything works on a monthly basis. Even the per update pledges work around a monthly basis because pledges are only paid at the start/end of the month. The reorganising will only effect how much Chalo receives each month, based on how many updates there are. The rewards, I presume, will still be on a per month basis. If one were to pledge $2 per update, and four pages are posted that month, at the end of the month, Chalo would get $8 from that patron, unless that Patron were to put a maximum cap on how much they pledge for, as an example, $4. Essentially, nothing is changing for us. But if a month comes along that Chalo is less productive than usual, for whatever reason, he may not get as much as he usually would due to there being less updates.

Won't that make you owe more stuff then before since Las Lindas usually updates 3 or 4 times a month? Then you will owe 3-4 times as much work. I dont know how this will work out.

I hate to say this, but I've been dying to up my monthly payment but since there was only a 5 and 40 dollar reward system, I kept waiting for the re-formatting that you and the Katbox crew have been thinking about for a little while now! I'm so glad I'll be able to give more in a more beneficial format for your artwork!
