Now, now, Minos, you're deflecting. A guy with his demeanor doesn't avoid the 'settling down' topic unless there's something to hide, which makes me think that either he doesn't plan to settle down, or he hasn't considered his relationship with Mora to be anything more than casual. Not to imply that it's not anything more than casual, just that he hasn't given the matter serious thought. If Mora were to find out that Minos isn't serious, or at least hasn't considered things between them to be serious, I dare say even his Crest won't save him from the rage of a woman scorned, especially if it's Mora. Or, I'm reading too much into it and he really is just embarrassed about the question. Guessing I'll just have to wait and see.
