One last outfit sample... Sorry there are no faces or hair on these looks, there were one or two last elements I needed to try-out and see visualized before commiting to drawing the Final Uniform on the Pin-Up Image, (and essentially making it PrincessVille Town-Lore).
Now I'm not saying any of these are the final outfit... They were just some things I needed to try, such as the more traditional silohette shape on #3, as well as the concept of the Big Shouldered Blazer in #1 and the 'Tie-Cleavage-Hole' combined with Brace Straps within the context of a dress.

2020-05-19 01:16:42 +0000 UTCThese three are the best set yet! I’m going to be contrary and say I like both 1 and 3 more than 2. I’d say 3 looks like a good everyday uniform and 1 would be for special/formal events. Will definitely be thinking of these as I drift off to sleep tonight.

I see you incorporated the suspenders, hopefully they are colored to contrast the busy outfit pattern of the leopard rosettes. You could go dark or very bright suspenders and it should be enough to standout. This outfit definitely feels like a uniform, especially with the style of skirt.
