A general rule of thumb; the more popular the rule34 tag, the more likely it's possible.

If you do want certain complex commissions or specific poses/angles, a reference image may be required. The higher the resolution the better!

Points must be used for certain commissions that ask a bit more
You can trade in your commissions for points to allow for some more flexibility.
1 solo commission trades for 1 point.
A duo commission trades for 4 points.
Simple commission: 1-2PT
basically a regular solo commission
Complex commission: 3-4PTs
(duo commissions with 2 specific characters, plus some extra details(outfit/pose/angle/expression)
Max detail commission: 5 or more PTs,
(Duo or more people(threesomes, galleries, etc), unusually complex commissions like unique poses, actions, meticulous details, anything that requires the ControlNet extension or extensive editing) Anything of this tier will automatically get double the resolution of my standard commissions.
