SiSSY:: BALLET / WEDDiNG NiGHT (Work- in-Progress... Sorry, One Last Teaser)!

Dear Prissy Flouncy Pink & Bouncy Patrons...

Firstly I would like to say a BiG HUGE Thank You to Everyone who sent me Happy Birthday Wishes, I had a nice Quiet Day, I spent some time with my Family and the Rest of my time Working and I now have a Unicorn Head to hang on my wall (Don't worry it's NOT a Real Unicorn head as you can see in the attached photo) :D

I've now been working on this same Ballet/Wedding Night Pin-up for the past 3-4 weeks now and the end is in sight... I had really hoped the previous image would be the last Teaser, but Despite my Best Efforts this image just seems to just keep going... The blame once again on myself falling victim to Photoshops almost infinite zoom-in tool, which my illustrative OCD seems to feed-on like K@T-NiP :-s (pun intended). I only hope you will all feel it will have been worth the wait... :-s ^^

This really will be the Last Work-in-Progress Teaser for this image!

I hope everyone has an Incredibly Pink & Fluffi Weekend

K@T ^^

Oh i'd imagine it is a pink and glittery binky which feeds the sissy feminizing hormones while tasting of strawberries and cummies. A bold gold lettered handle spelling Sissy faggot finishes the toy for the sissy-tot. 。◕‿◕。 Virtual means it would be a custom drawing by our most awesomest kinky artist, you!

Roro

Having something interesting in every inch of the picture is good in the sense of having lots of fun things to look at but it can also make a composition less focused. Both approaches are valid. It just depends on whether you want something more like a a classical portrait or more like Hieronymous Bosch. I don't think your patrons would feel cheated if you *sometimes* did simpler, looser work because doing so would also allow you to produce more posts per month than you usually do, which they would see as a benefit.

Thank you Roro and You raise a very valid point regarding the 'signature' style element. Although no plans for Sissy-Spot-The Differences yet. ^^ P.S. So what a 'Virtual Sissy-Tech Pacifier' would actually look like, as I'm finding it hard to visualize?!? ^^

K@T

You are completely right Dov in that not every prop or decorative element needs to have under-the-microscope details. I think a part of me feels like every inch of the page needs to have something in it, with an abundance of details to make someone want to look closely. There is a pressure though (as you may have felt yourself) here on patreon. Since we're creating image for paying patrons to enjoy, there's the element of wanting to use the visual style which seems to have made my patrons the happiest. Simple & loose today is easy enough, but if I was to do the detailed & complex it then takes up tomorrow & the next 2-3+ weeks after that. ;-p But you're right Dov (we're not limited to a single style) and you saying that has actually provided me a small light-bulb moment)... :) Maybe I need to think more about the Compositional Elements of an Image & let more of the weight be carried by such elements.

K@T

You should also remember that there's no rule saying that you have to always draw in one single style. You can do something simple and loose today and something complex and detailed tomorrow.

The different creative choices will appeal to your audiences in different ways. Personally, i love your many details. It's not just your deliciously wicked imagination but your signature too that appeals to me. \ (•◡•) / You should always be and feel free to experiment with different ideas! <3 Although I can see a spot the differences in the two images game coming up. And the first one who gets all the differences right gets a virtual sissy-Tech Pacifier! 。◕‿◕。

Roro

I think it's important to remember that there is a difference between playful details and fine detail. You can add lots of interesting and suggestive props and decorations, to help tell the story, but that doesn't mean that every prop and decoration has to be drawn like it's under a microscope.

Dov Sherman

Thank you Roro. :D

That sounds like a nice idea Dov... :) I feel like if I was to try that, after the upscaling and the inking process starting... instead that would be the time when I would add in all the little and not so little details... :-s I keep wondering if I should just return to drawing with pencil and paper, ink it traditionally and then scan it, The process would be quicker, admittedly the linework wouldn't be anywhere near as clean, but atleast the image wouldn't have taken a month. @_@ In the back of my mind I like to think that all the ridiculous little details I add can be seen by the one or two people who may actually print out the A3 full sized images.:-s (Although I honestly haven't a clue if any of my patrons print out the Full Sized Images... A future polling question). ^^ I don't know about yourself, but I often look at artists who have really loose drawing/ painting styles who are perfectly happy to create an image which isn't line-perfect and feels more like an expression piece than an overly worked highly detailed image. I have to wonder how well such an image would actually be received in the 'sissy image' community, as I feel like part of what makes our images special, are the playful details and attention to the clothing features which we both try to include!?! And I don't feel those details and elements can be represented as well with those looser styles... Sorry its late and I'm rambling now. :-s ^^

So awesome! Love your gifties, too, lucky girl. x

Roro

I have had that problem, too. It's especially a problem when I spend a bunch of time on little details that I later realize are so small nobody can see them in the final image, unless they zoom in. That's why I've been forcing myself to do the pencil work on a lower resolution canvas lately, only scaling up the canvas to the final size when I'm ready to ink. It helps me keep the detail level at a reasonable level.

Thank you Send the Love for the birthday wishes. ^^ It's always a pleasure to manage to invoke a sense of Giddiness in a reaction, in-fact that might be my first giddiness invoking reaction from an image I've created. :)
