Because this is essentially an Official 'Canon' Design, for the town of PrincessVille /The P.R.i.S.S. Academy, I will NOT be exercising the option to create what would have been a Bimbo Themed PrincessVille page on this occasion.

2019-07-07 15:07:38 +0000 UTCI personally feel like the 2nd year uniform should be the one where the sissies truly learn to begin loving all things frilly and girly, while also learning to embrace their own helplessness and impotence status-wise. As an example: I was imagining something akin to your classic from 2009 “prissy sissy made a messy” (http://www.katscandy.com/2009/07/i-wish-i-received-more-sissy.html), except the whole frills, ribbons, bows and petticoats are taken to a whole new level. The dress might be frilly and poufy to the point where the poor sissy has to keep his arms up at a 90 degree angle at all times. The dress could again end slightly below the waist, freely revealing a bulging diaper covered with stockings and rhumba panties filled to the brim with ruffles and such. Or the dress could be normal length but have a cut-out at the back revealing their thick ruffled butts. The diapers in this case would serve as a reminder of their impotence and helplessness, showing that even getting real cocks (be it in their butts or mouths) is not a privilege that they’ve earned yet. This is where the bag might come into play, showing all the various toys that they’re forced to practice with at the academy, and perhaps also showing what toys (massive butt-plugs and such) are used on them when their instructors feel like they misbehave or simply aren’t acting enough like a true sissy. Their faces might also have an exaggerated makeup look on them (the same way kids will tend to exaggerate with the blush and what-not the first time they try and put makeup on) coupled with an absolutely adorable and over-the-top shirley temple cut like in your picture I linked. So in short: oversized girly-toddler look in pink with petticoats, frills, ribbons and bows to the absolute extreme. Let me know what you think 😉
