When you are your own boss, things can get unbalanced quickly. Like working 7 days a week for months type of unbalanced.
It was a lot worse at the start, like I worked all day every day on refining this. I learned to loosen up a bit, and today I'm loosening further. With my first day-off

sure, take breaks thats not a problem. we have a problem when you crash from overworking yourself. try to limit yourself to proper working hours and take some time to recuperate
