this is kind of random, but these two tools are a MUST HAVE, like please get them, they will make your life so so much easier

it allows you to use your file explorer like a browser, introducing tabs. if you have to work with a lot of files, i cannot stress enough how much easier it gets with this tool
next, fxconsole for aftereffects. this is a free plugin, and trust me once you get it you wont be able to live without it. it allows u to search for effects with a single keybind, and exporting single frames gets SO much easier.
