Release 0.4.1.0b

As some of you already heard I got my 2nd covid vaccination yesterday and it knocked me out completely for almost the whole day.
Today in the afternoon my headache finally wore off and I could continue to work.
Now with the last tests done I hope everything works as intended.
So what's in this update:

• Frisha got a new scene with 4 animations, depending on which path you are on with her her dialogue is different.
• You can now decide what to do with Liandra. There is currently no sexual content with her, that will change next month.
• A new scene with Nyra. I have rewritten a part of her dialogue to make her motivation better understandable. Depending on which path you have chosen for her, her dialogue will be different and it will lead to a different outcome in the future (3 routes, Dasan/love/corruption )
• I have also written alternative dialogues for Yasmine and Julia should you first interact with them after the events around Liandra
• You can now visit the Baron and change your name (might come in handy if you use saves from other people, there is now a discord channel where some already shared their saves)
• I have changed the respawn timer to 5 days, 7 felt a bit too long from my point of view. I'm still open for any input in that regard.

I plan to do a poll in the coming week to see which path you have chosen for Liandra. Depending on how that goes I will give some extra attention to the path most of you chose. (the other routes will of course get content aswell)

I hope I didn't oversee some major bugs.. After all my current condition is far from rested ;)
If there are bugs please report them via discord. I will work on them as soon as I wake up tomorrow morning.
I will also update the walkthrough tomorrow morning for now check the tips that I have posted under the 0.4.0.5 release and use the old WT

I also haven't forgotten about the bonus scene with Kate & Arianna... Work on that starts tomorrow morning aswell.

Update 7/29: Updated the walkthrough, Added a hotfix to solve the problem with Liandra's quest (Endless loop if you finish her quest at the wrong time), Fixed endless moan with Frisha&Dave scene

version 0.4.1.0b: Fixed a crash that could happen when the carriage arrives in Arenfield, Added some new dialogue fixes from Just, fixed a bug in the Frisha/Dave route
