Now about Tier, what is he? Basically it gives some extra benefits, like the discount, but the main one, is the benefit of gaining a story of 15 pages every month, that's right, 15 pages, if you look at the beginning of the month, and see the stories you have between 15 and 16 pages, they are usually Tier Medusa stories.
