Not drinking certainly makes a very real difference, and that’s not to say you can’t enjoy it every once in a while, you still gotta have fun. But you got a good head to know when to give yourself a break and that’s great! And you got the will to do it 💪 Yeah the sound quality is perfection now! I get issues with my lower back too sometimes so posture is definitely a thing if you’re slumped in your chair a lot. I get it cos I have to lie on my sides to go to sleep cos I cannot fall asleep on my back, but consequently lying on my side all night doesn’t do my back any favours. So yeah keep that spine as straight as you can bro. And thank you so much for mentioning me here in the video! I feel honoured 😃 🙏 🙌 I’ve just got the video downloaded and I’ll watch it tonight when it’s calmer here… can’t wait! We love your transparency bro that’s a real factor in what draws people to you. I'm currently almost 7 months sober, but that's because of health reasons (I had a liver transplant in April, so, I gotta protect my new liver!). Can't wait for the new camping asmr video!
